SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Nature of Synesgy Products and Services

Synesgy is a digital ESG sustainability assessment platform offered by CRIF Gulf DWC LLC for businesses seeking to assess, monitor, and improve their Environmental, Social, and Governance performance.

The services available through Synesgy are digital in nature and may include ESG self-assessment access, platform-based questionnaires, ESG scores, certificates, dashboards, reports, benchmarking insights, and related support services. No physical goods are sold or shipped through the website.

2. Mode of Delivery

Synesgy services are delivered electronically through one or more of the following channels:

  1. Access to the Synesgy digital platform or customer dashboard

  2. Email communication for account activation, login credentials,
    notifications, and support updates

  3. Online completion and submission of ESG self-assessment questionnaires

  4. Digital availability of ESG scores, certificates, reports,
    benchmarks, or action plans, where applicable

  5. API, file sharing, or other electronic integration methods where
    agreed with the customer

3. Delivery Timelines and Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines depend on the selected Synesgy service, the completion of required information, and the customer’s readiness to proceed.

  1. Platform access and account activation: Access credentials or activation details are typically provided within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and completion of any required onboarding or compliance checks.
  2. ESG self-assessment questionnaire: The questionnaire becomes available electronically once the relevant account or assessment access has been activated.
  3. ESG score, certificate, report, or action plan: These outputs are generated digitally after the customer completes the required
    questionnaire and any applicable data validation or quality checks
    are completed.
  4. Custom, enterprise, or supply-chain projects: Where Synesgy is implemented for supplier monitoring, dashboards, integrations, or
    broader ESG programs, timelines will be confirmed separately based on scope, onboarding requirements, and customer inputs.
  5. Support and consultancy: Any advisory, onboarding, or assistance services are delivered according to the agreed scope and schedule.

All timelines are indicative and may vary depending on service complexity, quality checks, client responsiveness, third-party dependencies, and regulatory or compliance requirements.

4. Customer Responsibilities and Dependencies

Timely delivery and completion of Synesgy services depends on the customer’s cooperation, including:

  1. Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date company and ESG-related information

  2. Completing applicable onboarding, KYC, payment, and compliance
    requirements

  3. Ensuring authorized users complete the ESG questionnaire and submit requested documents, where applicable

  4. Responding promptly to clarification, validation, or quality-check
    requests

  5. Ensuring internal approvals, supplier participation, or system
    readiness where the service involves supply-chain assessments or
    integrations

Any delay caused by incomplete information, pending approvals, delayed customer responses, or third-party dependencies shall not be attributable to CRIF Gulf or Synesgy.

5. Shipping Charges

As Synesgy services are delivered electronically:

  1. No physical shipping, handling, courier, or logistics charges apply
  2. Any fees charged relate only to the selected digital service,
    subscription, assessment, support, or agreed scope of work

6. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery of Synesgy services shall be deemed complete when one or more of the following has occurred:

  1. Access credentials, login details, or activation confirmation have
    been sent to the customer
  2. The ESG questionnaire or assessment module has been made available through the Synesgy platform
  3. ESG scores, certificates, reports, dashboards, benchmarks, or action
    plans are made available digitally, where applicable
  4. Support, onboarding, or agreed deliverables have been provided through the agreed electronic channel

Failure by the customer to acknowledge receipt shall not invalidate completion of delivery where the service or access has been made available through the agreed digital channel.

7. Delays and Limitations

CRIF Gulf and Synesgy shall not be liable for delays or interruptions in delivery caused by factors beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  1. Incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information submitted by the customer
  2. Pending documentation, approvals, KYC, compliance, or validation
    requirements
  3. Third-party data, technology, hosting, payment, or integration
    dependencies
  4. System outages, maintenance, cybersecurity events, connectivity issues, or technical disruptions
  5. Force majeure events or circumstances outside reasonable control

8. No Physical Shipment

For the avoidance of doubt, Synesgy does not involve the physical shipment of goods. All references to “delivery” or “shipping” in this policy relate only to the electronic delivery of digital ESG assessment services, platform access, certificates, reports, dashboards, and related deliverables.
